Very good service. The appointment was easy. Service Consultant Bjern Larson is very accommodating. I have been very satisfied with BMW Carlsbad.

Sales experience with Jeremy was generally good, but everything else has been a disaster. Finance department was pretty pushy during the transaction, which OK...annoying, but somewhat typical. But after the fact, I come to find out, they somehow sent my trade payoff to the wrong bank, leaving me to deal with the mess! Since I brought it to their attention, they have been slow to act and completely unresponsive to emails, phone calls, etc. The finance department truly does not answer their phone, so if you need to talk to someone, you literally have to drive to the dealership. This type of stuff is so frustrating for any purchase, but certainly not the type of experience I would expect from a BMW purchase. I bought from this place since they were my local dealership, but if I could go back and do it all over, I certainly would have purchased elsewhere.

It was very hectic and crowded. I think they over-schedule, and then everyone has to wait longer for the service. I was very tired by the time I finally got my car back to go home. I appreciate the fact that they washed my car. It looked nice. There is no dealer closer to me, and I will probably find somewhere else closer to have my car serviced from now on.

Complete recall service on VANOS bolts holding engine in engine compartment. Very happy that the work was completely performed without me spending more money on service. And that BMW followed up with me to complete the appointment. Plus, the use of a loaner car helped me immensely as I'm disabled and rely on a vehicle to get to medical appointments.

I had a very good experience with Andreas . He was patient attentive an kind. He was able to help with the process of me getting the car that I came to purchase. Atmosphere at this location was very clean an friendly in the near future when i purchase again BMW Carlsbad will be my first option for car shopping thanks again

Our sales person, Frederick, was great but dealing with anyone else has been a headache. Took 3 hours for a contract and we didn't even use financing, left paying the incorrect amount, and we didn't even get all of the closing papers despite a dozen of attempts to contact the director.

Great device from the salesperson he knew the product and explained every aspect of the vehicle. The experience eas one of the best in car buying. The dealership was clean and welcoming.
