BMW of Carlsbad

It’s my first time there in Carlsbad but so far so good. Hope the coffee maker is fixed by this time.

Amazing experience! BMW Carlsbad staff is so attentive and caring. They did an excellent job. We got a flat tire traveling to a funeral from out of town and had to get towed 30 miles to get to them. Not only did the staff replace the tire they got it back to us so we could head home after the services. They truly made a terrible situation tolerable. Thank you so much!!!

Jeremy Shadburn is a consummate professional. I have leased 3 or 4 BMW's from him and could not be more satisfied with his customer service and assistance.

People are usually nice when I have to go in for any service. They really know how to take care of their customers. Just wish I could get a call from them. I highly recommend this dealership. I’m pretty sure I gave them a good review a few years back on Yelp as a Yelp elite member. If I forgot I will have to do it.

I appreciate you guys getting my car back up and running. It put my faith back into buying the BMW when the motor blew 3 weeks after owning it. The only thing I can complain about is that my service writer told me we were waiting on an approval for a new motor but one day I just got a call saying it was ready. They decided to just replace some parts in the motor and I wish I would’ve known what was going on with an update that they weren’t waiting on the approval of a new motor and instead was going to try and fix the problem when the service writer told me that the motor was shot.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was able to make the purchase decision at my convenience and also made the vehicle available for physical inspection at the insurance office as required by them so that the documentation could be complete.

Great experience overall. The team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. The car I purchased (previously owned) was in immaculate condition and all features were demonstrated and/or explained. Although I worked with two client advisors, the process was seamless. Mortoza (Mo) Mohammadi was a stand-out, answering all of my questions and keeping me informed every step of the way. He even had an enormous red bow on the hood of the car when I walked outside to drive it home - a nice touch! I would highly recommend this group (as they transition to the Carlsbad location). Thank you!
