After my car of almost 10 years was wrecked and totaled

After my car of almost 10 years was wrecked and totaled by a drunk driver, it was time to find a new vehicle. I was somewhat apprehensive about coming into a dealership because of previous experiences I have had, but Mr. Charlie immediately put me at ease. He actually made purchasing a new vehicle an enjoyable process. He explained all the features and helped me make the best decision for my family. We decided on the 2025 CX-90. He made the car buying process simple and stress free. I am very pleased with the service I received, and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go see him at Ferman Mazda!

Phenomenal experience from Sid meeting us in the parking

Phenomenal experience from Sid meeting us in the parking lot to Thomas bending over backwards to get us the most affordable contract to Caleb locking in the financing with all the necessary perks. Getting a new car is always anxiety provoking but not with this team at Ferman Mazda! I look forward to working with them again and will recommend them to all my friends.

After going to multiple dealerships , I have to walk in Fermsn Mazda of Brandon . I was greeted by Charlie, Which he was exceptional. Listened Exactly what I wanted and when I wanted to spend. After a short wait. Went to see Caleb, the finance manager. It was the shortest and most pleasant time Visiting a finance manager. This team was all very personable. I would recommend Ferman Mazda of Brandon Looking for a great Car Buying experience. Needless to say, I left in my brand new 2025 Mazda CX 50.
