Had a great experience buying a CX-5 at Ferman Mazda. Our salesman Chris was so friendly and nice and not in the least bit pushy. He took the time to explain a lot of features on our new car and was patient with us. Also he did all the setup on my phone which I appreciated. Thanks Chris.

Just bought a CX-5 from Ferman Mazda. Our salesman Chris was super friendly and not pushy at all. He showed us a lot of features on the car and set up my phone which I appreciated.

Outstanding experience at Ferman, our salesman David Esau was very professional, helpful, and courteous! He made our car buying experience extremely pleasant and special since we were purchasing our daughter's first car. We would definitely return to purchase for our son.

Had a good experience with purchasing a new Mazda CX-50 from Ferman Mazda. Salesman David Esau was courteous, knowledgeable, straightforward and always had accurate numbers. It was a fair deal with no outrageous dealer markups.

Excellent service at Ferman Mazda with David. Very thorough with everything. Took his time explaining all the techy stuff with my new CX50. Kept me informed as to the date of arrival for my new car. This is my 3rd Mazda from Ferman Mazda. Would highly recommend them & David too.

I called on a Sunday, and spoke with Carla.

I called on a Sunday, and spoke with Carla. The dealership wasn't opened as yet, but Carla took my info, and told me someone would get back to me asap. It was only a short time later, when David called, and I told him I was looking for a white 2022 CX-5 turbo signature. He said he would call me back as soon as he checked the inventory. He called back a few minutes later, and told me he had one in stock, and would send me some pictures. He not only sent the pictures, he went out of his way to send me a video, as well. My husband and I went to the dealership later that day, and David had the car waiting for us. It wasn't long after the test drive that I made the decision to purchase the car. I got a good deal on the purchase price, and a good deal on my trade-in. David was absolutely great, while walking me through the process, and I've never had a better experience at any other dealership. I would recommend Ferman Mazda - Brandon to anyone wanting to purchase a new, or used car, and I certainly would refer them to David. I also wanted to mention that working with the Finance Manager, Caleb was also a very good experience. Caleb made the tedious process of signing all the paperwork seamless. I am a very happy customer!

Absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Purchased a Jeep on December 19th 2021. we worked with Katisha, who said she was the internet manager, and Joel, pre-owned manager. The process was easy and quick. We agreed to several items to be added to the “we-owe” that’s were never followed through. The vehicle had 1 key and Katisha said they will have their key person in the following week and would be able to cut and program the 2nd key when I come back to take care of the other items. For the next month (I have all of the text) I reached out to Katisha every week about the 2nd key and she said “the key guy hasn’t been there.” I reached out again at the end of February and Katisha then tells me they never agreed to a 2nd key. I send her a picture of the “we-owe” and then she tells me the 2nd key was mailed out to me in December and said delivered. I said it was not delivered and asked for the tracking number showing delivered and her response was “That stinks. 2 months we keep FedEx tracks. I’ll have to see when the key guy comes.” I asked to have a manager call me twice, and never received a response. That was the last response I received from anyone at Ferman. I was in the car business for 6 years and thought I would revive some professional courtesy. That certainly was not the case. Experiences like this is why people hate buying used cars. Smiles at the beginning and no follow through with what was promised and agreed upon on the “we-owe,” instead given the run around for 5 months waiting for the customer to just give up. Hopefully Ferman will invest more in post-sale training for their sales people in the future.
