The process went well

It was a few hours longer than I thought My boys were getting really tired I’m happy I was able to get everything done with no complications. Brian was really nice and he answered all my questions and Robin was really helpful with explaining the financial services. Overall everyone was really attentive and friendly

Laid back no pressure environment

Purchase of a new Mazda 6

Chris Butler listened and responded to what I needed in a car-buying experience. I appreciated his knowledge and patience as I asked plenty of questions and he answered every one. One important aspect for me is the Ferman Mazda out in an hour promise. Chris did all he could to make that happen.

Great experience for a first time car buyer!

Our experience at Ferman Mazda was nothing short of fantastic! It started right when we walked through the door with our salesman, Kevin. He was personable, knowledgeable, and honest. He took his time showing us all model options as well as features. Ultimately, he made sure I left the lot with exactly what I wanted. He answered any and every question I had, even going through the trouble to make sure I knew how every feature in the car worked before I left. The process was effortless and I definitely feel like I got the most car I could get for my money, thanks to Kevin, Braxton, and Tim. I felt that they worked tirelessly to get me the perfect car in my budget. These guys will get you exactly what you ask for and make you feel like family.
