Tire Repair for MazdazCX-5.
I was able to get a tire repaired. It took a little over 1 hour. The waiting room is comfortable and the service staff is courteous and helpful. A very good experience overall.

Great place to get car serviced; they always treat me well and provide excellent customer service. But, I wouldnt recommend buying from them as they are shady as xxxx. Watch out with your trade-in appraisal and take extra special care in that finance office.

A Ritz Carlton Service!
When I arrived at the Mazda dealership, Sam Gunnoe approached me applying the 10 and 5 Rule, I also believed that he understood the cause for the appointment because he anticipated my issue with the car by calling a mechanic when I arrived. Sam Gunnoe arranged transportation for me and my family not forgetting that I had a big family and providing us with a small SUV. My CX-9 was fixed, I am very happy with the job the shop did and with the high standard in customer service Mr. Gunnoe has provided. Thank you

Friendly People, Fast Service
Sam is an amazing service advisor. He makes sure that all of my needs are taken care of when I come into the shop. He is also great at explaining what needs to be done. I drive over 100 miles a day and thanks to the service department I have not needed any major work on the car.

This is the best place to have a car serviced. I have bought 2 cars from Braxton and service them at this Mazda for years and I live 3 hours away. Ive walked into other dealerships but keep going back to ferman

My new Mazda CX-9 🤗👌🏽
I made an appointment to see and road test the CX9 when I arrived the sales associate was waiting in front of the dealership for me., he introduced himself to me I told him I was interested in the Grand Touring so he brought one out to show me he opened the doors and and showed and explained all features then we went for a road test. Returned went inside to his office talk numbers came to an agreement, then returned two days later and now I’m driving my lovely CX9 Grand Touring 😍 love it, Matthew Federico was very professional not pushy like some other sales people.
