Came in for recall

I came in for a recall for my airbags and a diagnosis on a noise coming from my car. Joe was very informative and had tighten a piece and stopped the noise free of charge, and my car was done the same day. Very nice staff!

2019 Mazda 3 purchase

Professional and good customer service.

Very nice employees. The only recommendation I will give is to maintain the waiting room better. It's ok but it could be better organize and neat. Need signs to let us know where the room is, it was confusing to get there. Thank you so much for a good service.

Great by Joseph; Some Things Still in Process

Overall rating of four stars is due to being incomplete thus far on my service. I brought the car in for an oil change and most importantly, for excessive, unexplained paint chipping on my three coat Sould Red upgraded paint. The way I treat my car (overly pampered), how and where I drive it, the extra protection purchased, and the care I do regularly demonstrates this. Per Joseph and his confer with his manager, I will be called with a body shop appointment and estimate with supposed elevation to Mazda HQ to address the probem. Something is definitely happening here with the paint and it is nothing I am doing, and I have heard and red about this paint chipping. So let's get it fixed on the whole car, and I'll be a happy owner again. Next, Joseph did a great job as usual, no issues. He is to be commended. That part is five stars. I noted on my receipt, it said the customer requested a front end alignment. Actually, I did not--it was recommended to me due to the tire rotatoin and I am loathe not to do what is recommended. I see the point, but not so sure it was that important to do this early, But still, I did it--no worries. I was there 30 minutes early for an 8:45am appointment. I got out at 11:10am. That seems a little long, but I'd rather wait and get good work. The facility I could see if being renovated, which is good in the long run. You made customers as comfortable as possible, especially with the coffee and snacks (was someone stealing them before? Now someone goes by once an hour or so to pass them out). So it will be nice when done. All in all, Joseph did great, I trust Mazda on the FE alignment but make the notes accurate please, and please please please fix my paint! I love this car but when I look at the point and my desire to keep this car for 8 more years, it really streses me out--my cars have always looked GREAT to the end, and right now this one isn't going well because of something happening I can't help. I look forward to coming back when the renovations are done. I am also in the market for new car for my wife with the 2020 models end of this year. It is up to CX-3/5, or CRV/HRV. How the paint gets addressed will form our opinions greatly.
