Even in the middle of remodeling, the service was outstanding. All associates were very attended to make sure all customers needs were met.

very professional staff
had 15,000 miles service completed on my CX-5 and did not have to wait very long under 2 hours , with dealership showroom having a complete remodel could have been a very bad situation but was not.

Collision Shop
Took my car to Ferman Mazda Brandon for accident repair. and was explained the procedure and that it would be 3 to 5 days for the adjuster no problem, then it would be ready in 3-4 days to repair no problem. Insurance company called said it would be ready on the 8th no problem all is good. NOT! body shop said it was in line to be washed, 3 days later still there When my husband and I went to see what was going on we Talked to Manuel told him we were tired of his lies as we had called each day and got the same answer and were going to file a complaint. He laughed in our face and said go ahead I don't care We then talked to the sales manager and he called the body shop manager who appeared some what later as he was busy ' They both listened bottom line Manuel has no respect for the customer got my car 2 hours after the fact

First New Car
Kevin J was exceptional. His patience, authenticity, product knowledge and willingness to help were very comforting for someone that was buying his first car at age 40 (NYC transplant). Highly recommend Kevin and his team. Only constructive feedback is that the process took a bit too long but appreciate that we ended up buying two cars.

Honest and efficient
I had a routine service appointment and an additional question about a sensor that was on. Sam answered my question immediately and I waited for the car. I was out in a half hour, including my questions about the renovations going on. As always, Ferman is honest and efficient.

Excellent experience
Excellent car buying experience. Competitive pricing, great selection, friendly and respectful staff. Smooth, painless car buying experience. Everything that was promised was delivered. Exceptional service always at Ferman
I scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 20 minutes early and my service person, Joseph said no problem. He had my car taken for service immediately and in no time at all, my car was back and Joseph took my payment and I was back on the road. Joseph was very pleasant and courteous. I have used various Ferman service locations over the years and each location has always been top notch and trustworthy as was Ferman Mazda in Brandon, FL.
