A satisfying experience.
One always dreads the thought of entering into negotiations for the purchase of a car at a dealership. But this particular instance was truly a satisfying experience. Accommodating and quick.
I scheduled an appt. to fix a software problem that may cause the car to stall. When I got to the appt. I asked the service advisor if I could also have my free first service on my car done at this same appt.. He said sure, no problem. My car was finished in an hour and a half and I was treated with respect.

Car maintenance
My service advisor was Samuel Gunnoe. He is truly amazing, always helpful and polite. Listens to your problems and concerns and always finds a way to help you out any way he can.
