We have purchased five different vehicles from Carlson over the years, and this was exceptional experience from start to finish. Our sales rep (Michael) and the sales manager (Dane) were warm, welcoming, and professional.

Don’t waste your time!! I waited almost a week to hear back about a highlander I was interested in buying after test driving it, that hadn’t been through inspection yet. Annika Froiland said they could not provide any numbers or sell the SUV til it had gone through inspection and would contact me the next day when inspection was done. I did not hear back from her or anyone else, but I kept getting the stupid auto emails asking if they provided the info I needed. If this is how they work, I can’t imagine what everyone else, that actually bought a car from here had to go through. Guess my money wasn’t green enough for them. First and last time!

Sara was great to work with. Most of the deal was done over the phone and texting; Sara was very quick to get back to me for questions. There was a lot of teamwork on behalf of Carlson on the day of purchase. Will definitely call Sara again for our next Toyota!

Mick was great as always to deal with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He was straight forward and worked his hardest to get me the best deal and lease, that would work with my budget. This is my 2nd experience working w Mick. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied in my vehicle! Annika was also very helpful, when I stopped in unannounced, to test drive the RAV4 I was looking at. Would highly recommend Carlson Toyota to anyone! Thanks to all.

Sara is perfect. She always goes above and beyond, she is patient with my questions, she exceeds our expectations every time my wife and I work with her.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Carlson Toyota and the process went extremely smooth. All started out with Howard who was open, upfront and transparent. He got whatever inspection documentation requested, showed videos of the vehicle when the dealership was doing the inspection and even set up for me to be able to walk under the vehicle to make sure it wasn't going to give any surprise issues in the near future. Howard even came in on his day off to make sure my questions or concerns were addressed. If he didn't know, he'd take the extra step and make sure it was answered appropriately. The process started with Howard and he did a great job at making you feel comfortable and if the car wasn't a fit then it didn't fit. I'd definitely purchase another vehicle from them again and I'll ask for Howard to be my sales consultant hands down.

Sara was extremely helpful and promised me she would take care of me and she did! I walked out with a 2024 Toyota Corolla with 10 miles on it!! I didn’t think I was eligible for a brand new car! Thanks again Sara!

Annika and her team were excellent to work with and made the trade in and buying experience really smooth and enjoyable. I had gone to a few other Toyota dealerships and this one hands down was the best in terms of trade in, pricing, sales team, everything. Location wise it’s easy to get to and it’s also a really nice dealership in general and I look forward to servicing my new car here!!! Love my new Corolla Cross!
