Cristian and Keith really came through for me on July 3rd. I needed new tires asap because taking a road trip later in the morning. They got me in super early and the vehicle was ready when promised. I was thrilled! Thank you to my hometown dealer and staff!

Bought a 2020 Certified Corolla. Turns out none of the damage was repaired correctly. There is hidden damage. Carlson even used their white sticker to deliberately hide damage on the car. Now five months later I'm finding missing parts and bad repairs and Carlson is putting all blame on the previous customer. I'm sorry but the previous customer isn't responsible for the 160 point inspection YOU lied about. Carlson Toyota does NOT actually inspect their certified cars. Checking boxes on the inspection sheets that don't even apply to the vehicles being inspected.

We weren’t intended to buy a car the day we walked in but ended up leaving with one. Spencer was a big part of that. Such a nice gentleman. We told him what we were looking for and we left that same day with our 2021 Prius. Great car . We love it. Thanks Spencer !
