One stop
1st oil change after buying car. Researched & talked to svc dept & decided to change to synthetic oil. 1st reg. oil change free but with trip coming up decided to change oil now. While there I picked up touch up paint from parts dept for scratch I caused. Had been playing phone tag with salesman on a couple of items to close sale. He installed my missing cargo net & set up my Bluetooth phone thru car. Great customer service!

On Point All Star Team of staff
I went to battleground Kia in Greensboro,NC to have my Forte’s oil changed and tires rotated and the staff in the service center was really helpful and friendly. So far, every time I go there the staff and the service is always perfect.

Dave and Mal did a wonderful job! I had been waiting for a telluride from another dealership for 3 months. Dave had me one in 4 days!!! I loved that I was able to text either one of them and they would respond right away! We are happy and pleased with the whole experience!!

Very displeased with the way they are treating my 19 year...
Very displeased with the way they are treating my 19 year old. She bought her first car from Kia. Within a month a buying the car, the car had absolutely no oil. We have taken the car back several times to try to get the problem fixed. Kia is aware the engine has a problem. The oil burns extremely fast, there is also a recall on this engine. The guy in service told me the engine would definitely fail then Kia could replace the engine at that time. I was told this car was in great shape and been serviced by Kia. There solution is for my 19 year old daughter to keep driving the car until the engine fails. Basically Kia will not fix the problem until my daughter is driving her car and the engine fails. Not to safe in my opinion. Giving the fact she just bought the car , I am sure Kia new about the problem but just wanted to sale a 19 year old a car. No matter what problems or safety issues it would cause. They told my daughter to keep coming up to the shop every week and they would top the oil off. How long are we going to do that. I feel I need legal help at this point.

I have contacted you all numerous times. The car has been brought to you guys numerous times. You all are unable to provide my daughter with a car to drive while you “clean the engine” . She has to work to pay for this car that has a faulty engine and can not be without a car. We will come back as soon as WE can figure that part out. At this point you all should be contacting me to get this problem solved since you sold my 19 year old a car that has major engine problems and put her safety at risk. We are currently taking steps to move the process along since we aren’t having much luck with you all. Thank you

Service and Repair
My car was checked in shortly after my arrival by Sean. After the diagnostics, he came back and informed me of the results and he answered all of my questions as well as educating me about other things that needed to be repaired in the future. I was pleased, the car was repaired along with maintenance items. I never feel pressured at this dealership. Thanks for good service!

Easy and Pleasant Experience
Unlike my previous experiences with buying a new car, this time around things moved along quickly and easily. I wasn't put through a lot of hoops. The salesman respected my decisions and worked with me to bring about the conclusion I wanted...a brand new Kia Soul GT-Turbo....in my signature color...red!
