We got a safe, wonderful and smart financial car
Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve had at a car dealership for the last 25 years I’ve been driving. Drove over an hour and passed 3 other Kia dealership to included multiple other dealerships to get to Battleground. Courtesy, professional and absolutely meet our car and financial needs is what we received. Thank you Dave, Cliff and Eric! Wanted to purchase a car they had on the lot.
Wanted to purchase a car they had on the lot. Would not discuss price over the phone but assured us "they would work with us when we got there". Loaded up the family and drove 45 minutes to receive their offer which was $14,000 OVER the sticker price! They worked it down to $10k over asking. Not transparent and not trustworthy.... They did blame it on "we called the owner and he said that was the best he could do". Do yourself a favor and go see Juan at Bob King in Winston! He's a class act!

Vermont is the best salesperson there!
Vermont is the best salesperson there! I've purchased 3 vehicles from him and he's wonderful to work with! However, the finance manager Eric, gives this dealership a bad name. I went to look at refinancing options and never once was I told what my new APR would be. When he came over to try and convince me that my car balance going up was a good thing, he spoke down to me, as if I was a child. I have 4 years of car sales experience and he made me feel incompetent. When I said I needed time to think about the decision, he got defensive, mumbled under his breath, and walked away. He needs to learn how to treat customers; not make them feel guilty for making a decision that doesn't jive with his point of view.

Spoke to salesman on a used car, drove 2 hours and shocker car is gone in those 2 hours but we have these other cars that are $10k more you can look at, total bait and switch scam!!

Good experience , but Virginia buyers take note.
Good experience but if you are coming in from Virginia to purchase a vehicle, please note that you will not get a Virginia inspection sticker and will need to purchase one for yourself. The dealership said that I would not need to purchase a Virginia inspection sticker, however the Virginia DMV said that I would need to purchase a Virginia inspection sticker.
