DO NOT BUY FROM THEM….

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM…. I Bought a used 2019 Dodge with only 54k miles on it. 40 minutes after purchase stopped at a gas station on the way home and when I went to start the vehicle a super loud squeal and the engine didn’t start obviously it was the starter. I called back and talked to salesperson DaSean and he was absolutely no help basically inexperienced. His Sales Manager (if you could call him that) Anthony basically said too bad you bought it as is. Now mind you this is 40 minutes down the road not 2 weeks or 2 months …. 40 minutes. Anthony is one of the most uncaring individual I have ever talked too.. Basically, the lowest of the low used car salesman the ones when you say used car salesman that you are referring too. Here is why you don’t buy from them.. The General sales manager had ample time to make this right and apparently Brent Tony has better things to do then take care of the customer.

Buyer beware. Nightmare Experience.

I have waited a while to write this review because of how bad my experience was. I wanted to calm down. My wife and bought a car from Battleground Kia and were excited as it was what she wanted. During the first 3 weeks of ownership, the car died on us while in traffic 4 separate times. We would call, they would tow, swear it was fixed, and then it would die again. Finally, they agreed to take the car back BUT wouldn't give us full credit on what we paid! Brent is the worst dealership manager I have ever seen. No care or compassion. The only option we had at the moment was to buy another car from them. I found out later thru My lawyer that we do have options and are weighing these over now. Please don't buy from here. We won't even drive down battleground highway anymore because of the bad experience we had. Never in all my days have I experienced worse treatment or felt less valued.

Tyler was exceptional.

Tyler was exceptional. Took his time in finding out what we wanted and taking test drives. Very patient and courteous.

Made an appointment via Battleground Kia's internet live

Made an appointment via Battleground Kia's internet live assistant on a Friday for the next morning at 10 am to view one specific vehicle. I drove an hour and half and when I got there they told me it wasn't available. Wasted 3 hours.

I NEED MORE STARS......AMAZING PLACE AND SERVICE!

Where are 5 more stars because the service I received was absolutely phenomenal! I went in just to get an appraisal on my vehicle and walked out with my dream car...a 2022 kia telluride! Dijuan was my salesman and he was very courteous, attentive and always kept me informed on what was going on. I honestly thought that I was not going to get it but Dijuan told me you never know until you try. Dijuan, Dwight, and Anthony are the absolute best!! These fellas stayed after business hours to get me in this vehicle with a payment I was comfortable with. At no point did I feel rushed or discouraged, such a huge difference from the previous car lots I have been to. I really appreciate everything you guys did and I would definitely recommend Battleground Kia ONE HUNDRED AND 10 PERCENT!!!
