Enjoyed the process!

I bought my Telluride from Battleground Kia, and had no issues with the whole experience. They were very accommodating and the process was fluid. The only problem is, I live an hour away and can't use their services.

Thieves, fraud, deceitful practices

Really scammers? Trying to chump me for $2300? Nice. This must be everyday for you frauds. If I could by a kia from a vending machine I would instead of dealing with you xxxx bags. How does it feel to know that every single cliche about car salesmen is true. Just bad carma losers

Regular oil change

From the time we got there until the time we left, it was great overall experience. We were greeted by a very friendly person who got us started with our oil change. The accommodations while we waited were very nice and Shawn did a great job with my car!

Wonderful Experience

Everyone I worked with at Battleground Kia was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. I felt no sales pressure, all my questions were answered, and once we entered the buying process everything was very prompt! Would certainly work with them again and recommend to friends.

Bait and switch from the car I asked to see to the car I...

Bait and switch from the car I asked to see to the car I was shown. After test driving a 2020 and attempting to negotiate pricing on a 2020 and 2021 it was a bait and switch with negotiating a sale. They add odd fees and charges. Horrible customer service. Dirty dealership. The new salesman was very kind, his co-worker was not.
