I came to your location for the first time my car needed
I came to your location for the first time my car needed a service on a recall. I asked if I could also get an oil change! I was quoted an amount and I asked if they’re offering any discount. I mentioned that Russ Darrow Chevrolet gives me a $10 discount and if they would honor it, I was told no. I called your Franklin Jeep location and I was told yes they will honor it. Sadly I was disappointed and felt my business wasn’t desired at your dealership.

No follow-up with check engine light and when I received
No follow-up with check engine light and when I received a call the person never said anything about it and nothing was on the papers given to me about the check engine light or any other suggestions about my jeep wasn't on the paper.

Service time was acceptable.
Service time was acceptable. I asked for the to troubleshoot the horn (not working), he said they didn't have anybody to do that. Post service, oil life wasn't reset. I also believe they overinflated tire pressure (all were close to 40 psi; rated at 32)
