Everyone was really nice and welcoming.

Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Our sales person Adrian (AJ) was really nice as well and very helpful. I highly recommend AJ in the management team. Finance went very fast. The only thing I would say that was frustrating was that the car I originally went to see was not there. I had sent a prior email and apparently those responses are automatic. So if you’re going to the dealership For a specific vehicle, I highly recommend you call first. Don’t just set up an appointment. AJ ended up getting me and something better anyway. So it all worked out. But I hate that bait and switch feel.

The service dept was efficient, and Mike (at the counter upon arrival) was friendly, and very helpful - He explained everything to me and they were able to get my car checked out in a timely manner! I was very happy that I brought my car here 😀

I got out of a financed vehicle into a lease.

I got out of a financed vehicle into a lease. I had came into the dealership a few days prior to completing the lease. I had a lengthy discussion with Kenny in comparing the two. I didn't make a decision on that day. I gave our discussion a lot of thought. On Tuesday I had made my decision and I returned to the dealership. On Wednesday I completed the deal. What I loved most about Kenny he wasn't an aggressive salesperson. He gave me space with different options. I hope he's still there when my lease ends, he's an awesome guy.

The customer service is splendid! Kenny personally helped me work out the best financial terms for my purchase of a SUV. He broke down all of the criteria and terms of my purchase and I can say I left highly satusfied.
