I recently had my Ford Explorer in for service and wsnted to compliment the service dept. My repairs were done on time and in the estimated amount. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. I will always take my car to Hiller Ford for service.

HILLER FORD...best freagin' dealership in Milwaukee!! Really... this is our 3rd used vehicle from Hiller now so, maybe we're biased however, just bear with me here on my long story. Every time we compared prices at local dealerships (and Online in recent years), Hiller Ford always had the best prices! Now my wife and I are penny-pinchers and we used to shop all over Milwaukee (and spent a whole day looking for cars and haggling with slick salesman over greatly varying prices at every other dealership in town which sucked)....and we laughed because we always ended up back at Hiller Ford. They have this "no-haggle price thing"... so, like me, you don't have to be good at negotiating....the price they show is what EVERYBODY pays. And the kicker is their sales people are really low-key and friendly...especially (Pam Wolff) who helped us. She didn't seem like the typical car salesperson... she was so friendly, no high-pressure sales pitches, she really listened and was so concerned with helping us find the perfect vehicle that fit our budget. She even called us at home (after we test drove one or two and weren't satisfied yet) to tell us about an awesome 2008 Escape that was just traded in with really low miles and a steal of a price that wasn't even on the lot yet however, it was such an awesome vehicle when we saw it, we put money down right away. This gets good listen....my wife is like "geeze did we act too fast...they aren't even finished checking it out to put on the lot yet....are the tires good enough and what about a few stains on the floor mats, one little dent on the door...Here's what happened. We showed up to take a test drive and close the deal (figuring for such a low price they probably aren't going to sink a ton of money into the thing since it's already sold) here's what happened. Hiller ended up recovering the upholsty on the front seats, put brand new floor mats, tie rod thingys and other gear-head stuff I don't understand that added up to almost a couple grand. We couldn't figure out why they would do all this since we essentially bought the vehicle as is...and Pam explained.... "oh.. it's because we do this with all our vehicles and for all our customers....our service manager "Donnie" is really a stickler on quality on all our used vehicles. She went on to tell us "in fact Hiller Ford's Service Dept. won the Greater Chicago-Land dealer Service award thingy for best service/customer satisfaction (which is impressive since there are a ton of dealerships between here and Chicago) It's no surprise. If that wasn't enough.... Craig (the finance guy really shopped around to get us the best rate for our used vehicle. The don't just use their own single financing company but, compare prices and get the best around.... which is another "above and beyond the call of duty" thing they do. Honestly, you can buy from these people with confidence knowing you got the best deal in town and feel like you are a valued customer even if you are only buying a used car...really. awful fustrating
We had a plan to meet with a salesman on saturday morning to make a purchase. Called friday morning, to confirm, and he said, see you saturday morning to purchase the truck we had been conversing about that we found on the internet. Friday afternoon I recieved a phone call from Steve, who I had spoke with once prior when Bill was not available, he told me the truck was sold. Bill did not call me back to let me know prior to our departure time saturday morning. I called the dealership and left him a message that we were not going to drive and hour and 40 minutes since the truck was sold. He called to say that yes the truck had sold on thursday but hadn't been removed from there internet listing so he was wrong when he said it was still available. I was not happy with how they did business, I was grateful that I had been informed prior to making the drive though. I would not suggest doing business over the internet or phone with these salesman. I did make my purchase elsewhere, within a week of this experience.

I went to Hiller Ford looking for a 2012 Ford Focus. I was also looking at the Chevy Cruze and since I work at Walmart I'm offered discounts through both company's. After doing some research I concluded that I would get a better discount through Ford and get more options for my money. I chose Hiller Ford because my mother had gone there the previous year to buy her Fusion so, I figured I already had some sort of a relation with that dealership. The sales consultant I worked with was Pam Wolff as did my mother a year before. Pam was great with us. She's friendly, direct, and easygoing. Now, with my discount through my employer you receive a pin and that offer can't be combined with any other offers. What Pam did for me was use the discount price through my employer without using the pin I was given. Then she informed me of a $500 recent graduate deal that she could apply as well since they weren't going to use the pin number. On top of all that I received a $1500 cash back incentive. Overall, Pam was wonderful. She reminded me of a fun distant relative that you would see rarely but enjoy every minute with. I felt I was treated like "one of their own". I would highly recommend seeing Pam Wolff from Hiller Ford.

The New Vehicle Buying Process
Hiller Ford Dealership was our first stop in looking for a new vehicle. We were interested in a smaller suv with four wheel drive. The Ford Escape was shown to us by Dan Napierala. He did an excellent job explaining the features of the escape and arranged for us to take a test drive. He gave us literature on the Escape that we could take with us. We told Dan that we were going to be looking at several other brands as well. We looked at and test drove small SUV's from Toyota, Honda, Kia, and Volkswagen. We really appreciated the fact that he didn't try to put any pressure of us since we were just getting started in the search process. In our searching, we discovered that there is a world of difference in car dealerships and car salespersons. The atmosphere is cold in some dealerships with salespeople who feel entitled to your business. Only one dealership (Hiller Ford) and one salesperson ( Dan Napierala) stood out in our minds. We returned to Dan at Hiller to assist us in purchasing a new Ford Escape.

We have worked with Hiller Ford for almost a decade, and they are terrific. Particularly Mike L, and the service department team. We feel that when their service team recommends work, it's work that needs to occur. And they're proactive, giving us the heads-up when needed work might be coming up, so we can plan properly. Finding an honest team at a car dealership isn't easy - Hiller Ford is a group that we feel we can trust.

1st class dealership
I purchased a 2012 focus online. I was contacted promptly. I received all the info that I asked for. At delivery my sales person"Bill Darr" took the time to go through everything I needed to know about the vehicle. 2 days later I received a call from Bill making sure I was satisfied with the car. I was missing the sync supplement book. Bill took the time and sent the book out the same day. Now that's service.I give Bill and Hiller 5 stars.
