bad service, no warranty
I bought a Highlander 1 month ago the anti-collision system is not working I went 8 days ago and there was an error in the software they fixed it and the next day it stopped working again I went again today and the manager tells me that the scanner doesn't show mistake, they can't do anything, if I wanted to leave it, I had to leave it there because they couldn I have to handle it so there is no way to prove that it works and I have already had several vehicles with this system and I know how it works. Will never comeback to West Kendall Toyota
3 different ones. 2 pf them under car warranty never honored them now fir an oil change which so gar been waiting 3. 1/2 hours the advisor told me because car is over 50k miles it gakes special mechanic to change oil!!!! Never heard such a thing ever!!!

Terrible service.
Terrible service. They made a mistake with my battery warranty, after a complaning the Service Manager offer me a call back and she never did. We called again and they did the same. They are super irresponsable

Brought my car for a repair by phone the guy that sold us
Brought my car for a repair by phone the guy that sold us the truck. told me it was going to take 1 to 2 hours max, when I got to the dealer, they told me it would about 3 hours, it took more like 5 hours to get the repair done, they were very unprofessional, I would not recommend this dealer at all!

I recently purchased a vehicle from there. Let me start by saying they staff was very friendly and nice to my wife, sons and myself. I had put a deposit on a incoming vehicle and when it came in I went to the dealership. However the day before its arrival the dealership advertised a dealership discount on their website. When i raised an showed them their ad. Which by the way was still active on the internet, they stated "Oh thats management posting that to get people in the door then the sales staff has to tell them thats not going to happen." To me that it illegal. I have bought many car and know the process. It was the same car and the ad. was still active. Bad for the sales staff they on see me or that vehicle again. Only reason why we bought it was because it was exaclty what my wife wanted and we had already been waiting over 5 weeks for it to arrive.

Buyer Beware
Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealer who advertised a price on Truecar and Car.com. The price there is not the price they gave me "out the door"- they added over $3500 in additional cost (not including normal fees). I wouldn't trust these guys...

Amazing service - arrived at appointed time for my
Amazing service - arrived at appointed time for my scheduled maintenance service. Service Advisor, Craig Koning, was attentive and very courteous. This is the second time he has been my Advisor and both times he has been amazing. Was out at the promised time (less than an hour from the time I arrived). Both the drop off and waiting areas are spotless. Highly recommend.

Terrible service, the treatment is horrible and the wait
Terrible service, the treatment is horrible and the wait is endless, because they talk inside the office. I made an appointment and I was attended by Kennped Landaeta, his treatment was indolent and without desire to work. We ended up not doing the oil change. It was a horrible experience

Waited over an hour for a salesman to help me! I was never greeted or asked if I needed help, they were all sitting down talking to each other while watching me look at the cars. I would never come back to this dealership!

Worried
2/5/22 I was with my 2020 tacoma for installing 4 new tires. they told me to wait 2 hours to receive my car finished. About a little more than 2 hours they called me to pay for it and told me to go outside for my car. I had talking with the man at office # 4 who assisted me and told me that in 5 minutes my car will be with me. He told me that two times when I was to see him and half an hour later my car was there. The man who was driving told me that he could not find my car. This is second time that this happens to me with my cars and I think that this dealer has many very skilled mechanics an need to make some changes to improve the return of cars.
