This was my first service after buying my new car. I was very pleased, I didn't realize it was included until Owen explained it when I dropped it off. He followed up with a call the next day to let me know it was ready. The video was a nice tough too. I'm very happy with W&L Subaru and would highly recommend them.

The tech was great, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated the video summary of the quick inspection of my car. The wrong car was delivered back to my home but it was quickly corrected.
