Great experience buying new truck at Defouw Chevy

We came from about an hour and a half away to check out a truck we had found on the Defouw website. Pam Strain was great to work with. She had the truck ready for a test drive when we arrived and working with Pam made whole process a great experience.

2019 Subaru Forester Sport

I bought a 2019 Subaru Forester from DeFouw a couple of days ago. The entire process from first contact to leaving the dealership was quick and easy. I had to cancel my first appointment due to work issues popping up and the folks at DeFouw were extremely accommodating. The pricing was on point. All the financials were transparent and explained to my satisfaction. Could not be happier. I'd like to thank Dru, Smile, Noel, and Bailey for such a positive experience.

2006 Jetta

Recently bought a used Jetta as is. Initial few days was just what I had expected. Then a small xxxx-up occurred and was in a bind, or at least I thought I was. A quick stop by and in minutes, a tech, by the name of Mark, took the seconds that counted to quickly diagnose my problem, point out a simple fix/adjustment that I overlooked and had me on my way. Easily, I could have been dismissed with my “as is car” and left with an unneeded costly repair of my money and relationship with this dealership, luckily, Mark exceeded my expectations. Thanks guys

Great Experience

We had a great experience. I started out talking to Jessica in internet sales and she answered my questions and was a big help. My salesman was Joe Atkinson and he was so kind and frie3ndly. He showed us and helped us with all the features on the car we selected. Dan in finance was very professional. Everyone made this a great experience !!

The Sales and Business manager were very knowledgeable, confident and efficient. I would recommend this dealership. The only disappointment was that not all the sales personnel wore "mask" as a courtesy to me. When the CDC, AMA and Governor all recommend mask in public I would expect any retail establishment to require not only their workers but their customers as well to wear a mask. A minor inconvenience.

Thank you for the feedback, Shirley. It is currently our policy for all staff to wear a mask when they are out of their office as well as when working with customers. When our staff is busy, wearing their mask can slip their mind. I will bring this up to management to ensure it is enforced. Our priority is to keep our staff and customers safe, so we will address this issue. We also regularly sanitize all work stations and surfaces. All of our employees must have their temperature checked each morning to ensure they are not sick. As for customers, we provide free masks in our common areas, but since it is a recommendation by the CDC, we do not require them for customers. We want everyone to feel comfortable in our store, so we feel that it is best to leave the consumer the option. We appreciate you stopping in and giving us the opportunity to earn your business.

We purchased a new Camaro from Andy McNeany

EVERYONE we met was extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. Andy bent over backward to find the car we wanted, and in record time. We will be happy to recommend DeFouw to anyone looking for a different vehicle.
