2017 Chevrolet Traverse LT2

I dread car shopping because of past experience, including past experience at DeFouw. However, this experience with Melissa Henning and her manager at DeFouw was a very good one. No high pressure sales tactics and a very fair offer on my trade-in made this a pleasant and rewarding experience. I had done my homework ahead of time so knew what I was willing to pay for the vehicle I wanted, and Melissa exceeded my expectations. I was able to purchase the vehicle at the top of my list. The whole experience was very pleasant. I would recommend DeFouw and Melissa to anyone looking for a new Chevrolet.

Great Customer Based Service

They did an awesome job showing me the vehicles i was interested in and also in helping me get financed. I recommend talking with Andy McNeany because he makes sure the customers needs are met and goes above and beyond to help the customer find not only what they want but what best fits their needs. Dennis and Grant Gerhardt have built a great team and they pass on that great attitude to their customers. I will definitely be going back even though I live 5 hours away.

Disappointed

Bought a pickup truck there called them because a week later four-wheel-drive was not working correctly they told me they couldn't help me and wouldn't even service it because they don't service fords call the salesperson he told me to contact service service told me to hang up and call back the salesperson needless to say I got it fixed at a different dealership

Best Purchasing Experience Ever

Best buying experience ever. I had the pleasure of working with Cesni Ennis at DeFouw BMW. I was interested in a vehicle that they had got in but had a part that had been recalled. She was honest and let me know that they were still waiting on the part that had been recalled. She said she was not sure how soon the car would be ready. But, promised to contact me once it was available. She did just that! If it wasn't for her amazing customer service throughout the entire process, I am not sure what I would be driving. Cesni made sure to show me all the features of the car and customization options. Not only was she positive and upbeat she truly made me feel comfortable with my purchase. She also made me aware of their ability to service the vehicle in the future. I live about 50 miles from the dealership but due to their amazing customer service I think it might be worth the drive. The financing process was quick and easy as well. Regardless of what make of car I purchase next, I will without a doubt contact Cesni Ennis at Defouw BMW first.

Great experience

Our salesman, Nick Simpson was awesome.He and the sales manager Mike welcomed us and took time to get to know us. Also met and had a couple of conversations with Grant Gernhardt. Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone there. There were no games here, just straightforward business. This purchase was a great experience and not our last.

Defouw/Mullikan experience

I purchased a Certified used 2015 Silverado 1500 4 door, Ben Mullikan was the salesman, he was very knowledgeable on the product,and was able to answer our questions about the vehicle, pleasant to converse with. This man is a good catch for Defouw. Now we visited the Defouw finance department, a necessary but not always pleasurable part of the process, Idon't remember the name of the the man we worked with in the finance but he was very pleasant to work with, made the process very pain free and gave us a clear understanding of what we were getting.and what our cost would be for getting it.This is the at least the second vehicle we had purchased from Defouw and although both have been good experiences this was by far the best, Keep up the good work.
