The buying experience at DeFouw was seamless and pressure-free. My first interaction was with Dave Jeffers via email. When I showed up at DeFouw, I met with both Dave and Noel Evans, the salesperson. Despite the short notice I gave them (less than 30 minutes), the car that I had driven three hours to look at was ready and waiting for me. The car was immaculate and was as advertised by Dave via our email correspondence. Noel and Dave were a pleasure to work with. Noel was very easy to talk to and a straight shooter. After a test drive, I purchased the car. Dan Kurko, the financing specialist, was also great to work with. He provided me with several financing options and really seemed to have my best interest in mind. The overall buying experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend contacting Noel for your next automobile purchase. I had been searching for a used 2017-2018 Infiniti QX60 with low miles for almost two months, and the one I found at DeFouw was priced lower than any that I had found within several hundred miles. I will definitely be contacting Noel the next time I'm looking to buy a vehicle.
