Review For Travis

I had been talking to Travis for about a month looking to buy a used car that would fit me. We settled with a Used Subaru WRX and everything went great!

Service Department

I have taken my 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie in for an ABS and traction light being on a total of 7 times now. They advised me that they were talking with a Chrysler engineers but when I contact Ram customer service, they told me the dealer had only contacted them once and the engineer had sent the an email requesting more information and the dealer never got back with them. The code that is generated now is the same code that was generated the very first time I took in the vehicle on June 12th. They have replaced the right rear speed sensor twice, replaced the right rear axle shaft, replaced the ABS wiring harness, found a bad wire in the steering column and replaced the ABS Module. It is my opinion that they are just swapping parts in hopes of eventually fixing the problem. I now have a Ram case manager and hopefully they will assist me in getting my vehicle repaired. If I don't get a resolution soon, I am taking this vehicle to a different dealer who can diagnose the problem and fix it. I wish I had taken it somewhere else initially, but they are the closest facility to my home.

Best place to buy on the western slope

Sales manager, Tim and sales professional, Rob are a pleasure to work with. There is something special about family owned and family run businesses that is so different than the "big box" store. You always wonder what mitigating circumstances lead to some horrible reviews. I have had nothing but superb treatment in all automotive categories from this store. Anything derogatory FAS to have a "rest of the story" as I am certain they would go to any reasonable length to ensure customer satisfaction....

Best experience I've had at a dealership

I contacted them by Internet and was contacted by Sean Murphy within 20 minutes about the Jeep I was interested in. Has my Jeep driving off the lot by around 1 pm. Awesome experience in my opinion, considering I didn't get to dealership till around 10:30 am. Fastest I've ever bought a vehicle.

Total Crap!!!!!!

Not going to waste my breath explaining my complete and total dissatisfaction with Flower Motors. All I will say is I will never set foot in their door again and they will be loosing more than myself as future customers!!!

Make sure they replace all parts when needed!

The repair staff at Flower motors was very friendly and courteous. I had a subaru that lost its turbo last year, and they replaced it, along with doing other maintenance. Immediately after getting my car back (I do not live in their immediate area, but my car died when I was close to them, so they fixed it), it had several oil leaks. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to fix these oil leaks, only to find that when Flower Motors replaced the turbo, they did not replace the oil return line, which commonly wears out and is replaced along with the turbo. So now, instead of Flower having replaced one more $15 part when they had my entire engine torn apart, I have to spend $500 to have the labor done on this $15 hose that should have been replaced before. While they were very nice, I feel like they let me down by not performing this very simple thing, or asking if I wanted it done. So, if you have work done there, make sure they replace any small, hard to reach parts when they are doing major labor!

just wanted to let you know what awesome people you have at Flower Motor. I have never had such an easy time buying a vehicle- Gordon and Mike were totally AWESOME!!! great customer service. They were very thorough in making sure everything was covered and that we know how to work all the gadgets. As customers we felt very welcome and appreciated.

Best ever...

This was our best car buying experience ever. The sales staff took the time to understand what we were looking for and then presented a us with a great deal. The offer for our trade in was fair and the final price for our new car was competitive with dealers in Durango, Grand Junction and the Denver area.
