This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They did everything possible to reinforce the bad image of used car dealers. Including lying outright to me and to a dealership that I wanted to do business with. At times, they didn't even seem to know what the car they had was or if they still even had it for sale. These guys are pretty clueless. Don't do business with them.

Fantastic first car buying experience!
Searched many dealers, and none had any answers as to what the amount to would be until after I signed..as well as other dealers who weren't interested in my credit or my money. With a score of 570 many turned me down . Cassandra got me approved and had a purchase agreement ready within an hour and I knew amounts ahead of time. They treated me like a human being and not a paycheck or credit score. Also, management and finance was quick, easy, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. You'd waste your time going anywhere else. So thank you to my "team" at Flower. You all made my year!

Excellent, Efficient and Friendly
From the moment we came on to the lot we were greeted by Randy who answered all our questions and helped us find the car that fit our needs. the Manager gave us an excellent price on the car and they prepped it for us while we did the paper work and had it ready for us when we finished. the interest rate was Very good as well so we didn't have to go back to our bank for the financing. My wife's boss had suggested Flower Motors and we are glad we drove 76 miles to get a great deal.

Great experience!
Just got a used Jeep Wrangler last week, Randy and the rest of the team were wonderful to work with. The whole process was smooth, no pressure. Everyone was very considerate and responsive. Would highly recommend Flower to anyone looking for new or used!

Customer service second to none
Never would I have expected to engage in a long distance car purchase without seeing the vehicle or speaking directly with a sales person. (My husband usually rakes the sales people over the coals for the best deal) In this case however, assisting our son with a first time used truck purchase with a zero credit score, was made less stressful with Rob's help. He was busy with other customers that day, but took the time with my husband to answer questions in a knowledgeable manner with professionalism and personalism. We appreciated his 'personal' advice as much if not more. As a result, our son is the new owner of an awesome 2011 Dodge Ram, and is on his way to making a 'credit history'. Thank you so much Rob for working with us and getting our son the best (Ugh) interest rate given his circumstances. Rob and Flower Motor finance department 'ROCKED' it...
