Very easy to buy a car not very pressured they let you see all their inventory on the computer. What they have in your price range. The sales People are awesome. They really work within your budget. They help you out.

Don't go here. They need to put a sign in the driveway saying unless you're buying, don't bother us. We test drove 2 cars at different visits and narrowed it down to one they had and another they just got. We just needed to test drive a the one they got this week to decide. We found and looked at the new one but no one came out to help us and we thought the guy that helped us the first time, Roberto, was outside with people but when he was done he just went inside the building. So we were on our way inside to try to get help when a man in a cowboy hat blocked us and in a very hostile nasty tone said, "You gonna actually buy something today or what?!" My husband said, "Excuse me?" Cowboy says, "All the guys inside said you been here 4 or 5 times, driving everything but never buy, so you gonna actually buy today or what?" My husband said, "Then the guys inside are full of s%*t and with that attitude no, we're leaving and never coming back for anything again." So I had already been getting my kids back to the car and saying we're leaving. We drove home and I still had Roberto's card he'd given us, so I called him. He said he had left work half an hour ago. I told him what happened with Cowboy and he said, "Wes really said that?" Then said he'd left an hour ago. So I think it was him in the lot, he saw us, went inside complaining and exaggerated with Rob who helped us the 2nd time we came and Wes being the good ol' boy, came to take care of it. He took care of it by running off a loyal family who bought their last car from them, used their service dept. and was probably going to buy again., so good job! I emailed the owner and just now when my husband tried to also email him to add what the service manager said when he called, the email didn't go through and the error code said owner could no longer receive anything from Gmail. Shady, nasty, gossiping, greedy liars work here. Glad we now know so we can save our hard earned money and no longer contribute to yet another Flower dealership cause they obviously no longer care about anything but your money.

Can't undo my purchases or I would! Nothing makes me madder then being lied to and ripped off! We will be sure to never do business with them again!

Poor Service
A few weeks ago, I reached out to Flower Motor Company Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Montrose, Colorado, regarding repairs for my 2021 RAM truck. I specifically mentioned my desire to avoid long wait times at my local dealership. The company assured me that the repairs would be completed promptly within two days, emphasizing their understanding of the issue and the availability of the necessary parts. However, the following day, my vehicle received minimal attention, and I later discovered that the required parts were on backorder for several weeks. Disappointed and frustrated, I retrieved my vehicle from the Service Department without any explanation or apologies. The lack of care and competence displayed by Flower Motor Company in Montrose is entirely unacceptable. I have no intention of returning to this dealership, as their behavior demonstrated a lack of empathy and customer service.

Go somewhere else
I was looking at the Nissan Titan XD Platinum they had listed for $38000. I put in an offer for $34000 and they wouldn't accept it and gave me a counter offer for $36000. I looked in the glove box a found a loan contract that Flower sold in 2019 for little over $39000. I told the sales guy that I found two other exact same truck with less miles for $29999 and $31000. What disappointed me is that I purchased 6 vehicles from them, and one I just bought 1 year ago and paid $69000.
