I did not end up buying from this dealership, only because the vehicle I was looking at sold before I could get there. However, they were great to work with, and more than willing to hunt down another one for me. If I ever need another vehicle, I will call them.

Kansas City Buyer
We live in the Kansas City area and shopped online all over the State of Missouri for a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED 2012 Impala LTZ with under 12,000 miles. The Dealership will do whatever it takes to make the sale...even if it means to LIE, CHEAT, or COMMIT FRAUD. When it is discovered, then they will blame you and not do what it takes to rectify the situation. They prey on the desperation of consumers and do not tell you that they are committing fraud in the process. BEWARE! Go to another dealership and do not go to a dealership that is charging you a finance fee...it is illegal and fraudulent!

Great car buying experience!
I have been wanting a Buick Enclave since before they were even released. I finally found the perfect color and price for a barely used Enclave at Marc Miller. The salesmen and managers were very friendly and I felt they were honest too. I would definitely consider buying a car at Marc Miller again in the future. I actually recommended Marc Miller to a friend and they too purchased a Buick Enclave!!!! I can say that we are both very happy customers of Marc Miller!!
