Bad Tire day at Mark Miller

The fact that a tire that I needed was not available yet when I returned they had mounted a tire that did not exist and did not wait till I returned to make sure I wanted to spend the money. Assumption is not good for me and poor customer service.

Buick Shopping

We met with Doug Beuttler and he took the time and patients to show us the New Buick Envision , Doug is really a great salesman ! It just was not the time for us to buy but we will be back . Thanks to Doug

Repair of 2017 Encore

I had my Encore in to have a squeak noise when you put your foot on the brakes that I have had since I bought our car in November of 2017. This is the second time that this car has been worked on for the same problem. The first time it took 2 1/2 hours of waiting and then I was told that it was probably a rock causing the problem. The second time I was given a rental car and it took them 5 hours to call me to come back and get my car. This time is was dirt and outside elements that caused the noise. 5 hours is way too long and then the problem isn't fixed. I was told "When we finally got your car in we only worked on it a few minutes". Not happy!

Great Dealership

We live in another state but our son lives in Tulsa. He was shopping for a vehicle and I encouraged him to go into Marc Miller Dealership because of the positive reviews I read online. His salesman was Mike Lynch and he is a great guy. I was a little fearful about negotiating a car deal long distance but Mike made it so easy and our son ended up with a truck he loves at a very fair price. Well done Mike Lynch and Marc Miller!
