Great Experience

My wife and I had been to multiple dealerships looking for a replacement car. CJ Adams at the Bill Hood Mazda dealership was the first salesman that my wife was comfortable with. The entire purchasing experience was a pleasant one. We ended up getting two cars through him last week and have been extremely happy with the process and the follow-up care that CJ and Bill Hood Mazda have provided. My wife informed me that when she took her car in to get detailed CJ shared fishing tips with her and our 5 year old son which they loved.

Surprising Experience

After coming directly from another "strong arm" dealership, I was still licking my wounds, when I met CJ. He immediately put me at ease and was anything but aggressive. I appreciated his patience and respectful approach to my needs. I would most certainly recommend Bill Hood and CJ Adams to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Great service! Very helpful!

Bill Hood Hyundai in Hammond, la was the BEST place I have ever been to searching for a new car. Our salesman Mr. CJ Adams is why we decided to get the 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Super helpful and very nice! Not just Mr. CJ but everyone there was so nice and welcoming towards us. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who ever asks me about where to get a new car because they seriously made me feel so welcomed right when we walked in.

Very helpful

My wife and I were searching for the right vehicle and we were glad to be able to close a deal at our local dealership. Our salesman CJ Adams was very knowledgable and helpful. The entire staff was respectful and friendly. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted at the price we could afford.

Not a salesman , but an advocate for the customer

CJ Adams at Bill Hood Hyundai Import Corner in Hammond La understood our new car requirements. located several options that exceed our expectations and advocated for us to finalize a great deal CJ took us through locating , reviewing, verifying and finalizing the purchase. Nothing was beyond his effort to provide a level of customer service never experienced at another dealer. Best salesman ever.

Excellent experience all around

We wanted an SUV to fit our growing family. Everyone was very helpful. CJ Adams was great and even entertained our 2 year old. Our previous car was a Hyundai also and we will be back when we need a new one.

Great Customer Service

I had contacted Bill Hood Hyundai about a 2006 Saturn Vue in which they had for sale. Every employee that I spoke with was customer service oriented and did everything they could to make the purchase seamless! I waited too long to make my final decision and another one of Bill Hoods lots picked up the Vue and sold it the night before I called to set up the deal. This was an out of state purchase for me and I was told that when I flew into New Orleans, that they would send a shuttle to pick me up and take me to the dealership! That's first class, top notch service! Great folks, excellent customer service, and when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will look to see if they have what I like and try again! I would recommend them to anyone!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, the seller was apathetic all the time and when the price were discussed he went up to $ 1000 more and other charges 500. When I said no, behaved very rude. Also the car have a serious problem and the salesman just turn off the check engine light.

Great Experience

I bought an 2012 AWD Murano SV here. I shopped other Nissan Dealer and had price. Didn't buy at that store because of service complaints from co-worker. Bill Hood gave me lower price and $2,000 more for trade than a Ford store. Dickering was quick and easy. Salesman not pushy, but thorough. Had to dealer trade car in--no AWD in stock. Salesman had that underway after I called to ok deal,even before I came in with check. A customer service rep does delivery--most extensive ever, including setting up hands-free phone, etc. She knew every bell and whistle. Salesman set up "we owe" and contacted outside vender for some work to make sure technician would be on duty when car came in. Overall great experience. Trip computer shows better mileage than advertised. Hope to get even better once broken in.

Low pricing and no haggle

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder LE from this dealer when other dealers told me their pricing was a Gimmick. I drove a considerable distance for the savings and it paid off. They were very easy to deal with. I will purchase Nissans in the future from this dealer.... Even if it means driving across several states.
