Great experience

My family purchased 3 vehicles from Chris Dubuisson in 2 days. He made the whole buying process very fun and easy. All the dealership staff were very nice and easy to work with.

Scheduled an appt but they sold it before I got th

Had an appointment scheduled to look at a car but they sold it before I arrived for my visit. Did not call to inform me that it sold and they did not have any comparable cars.

Love my new Mazada cx3 touring

Mr. Wendall was a very good salesman. I told him everything up front and did not want to play games. I was already approved by my bank but I wanted a higher grade 2016 brand new with moon roof, no white or silver. They found one and got me financed through another bank so I could pay a little high for the car, My credit is terrible and most people totally get rid of you once they see my report but not Bill Hood they treated me like a person, That meant a lot to me because I had been looking for a long time. So hats off to Wendell and Bill Hood Mazda.

NO HASSLE, STRESS FREE

I had the privilege of purchasing a new vehicle from Bill Hood Hyundai, with the assistance of salesman Mr. C.J. Adams, on February 9, 2016. Yes, I did use the words privilege and new car purchase in the same sentence, which I have not always been able to do. I fell short of my January 2017 goal to replace my 13 1/2 year old car, due to an accident. Mr. Adams and the Finance Manager stepped up to the plate and made this by far, my best experience of purchasing a vehicle. They actually listened and explored every option that was available to make my purchase a reality, with no hassle, and for that, I am so grateful. Yes, they are in the business to sell vehicles, but their customers are their top priority. I know that Mr C.J. Adams will do the same for you.
