Season went above & beyond she was awesome with talking to the master technician she was very knowledgeable. She helped me call StateFarm informed my claims person of the issues I personally didn’t understand mechanical terminologies. She even gave me her personal number as my father was in the hospital during this time we kept in touch she made it so easy for me very helpful she is one outstanding employee if you ask me I will continue to deal with her in the future. I walked up & she walked out she is the face for your service department and needs to be looked at for a raise during these difficult times. She is one you don’t won’t to let go she was so nice to me on the phone on a rainy day I stopped & bought us both a coffee but she is worth to your business much more than a coffee. Seasons was the best very knowledgeable and she explained everything going on to me so I could understand. She is your money maker because I will recommend her & be back myself. Thank You Season for all of your help for taking time & going the extra mile for your customers!”

Horrible Service department
The service department is completely incompetent and lazy. They will not try to solve any problem and don't do any leg work for the customer. They do not communicate or follow up.

Good morning Mr. Laborde, Our parts department reached out to Hyundai again to get an updated ETA on your part. As we mentioned to you yesterday, the part is on national backorder. We have contacted other Hyundai dealers in our area and unfortunately, that part is currently not available anywhere in the state of Louisana. Currently, there is no other information to provide you. As soon as the part has been delivered we will contact you to schedule the installation. If there is anything we can do in the meantime, please let me know.
