Dealt with Sales Consultant Tom Perkins, extremely rude,

Dealt with Sales Consultant Tom Perkins, extremely rude, and refused to allow me to look at the numbers of the deal when I was with my friend to assist him in purchasing a vehicle. Will never recommend this dealership due to his level of professionalism. If I could give it 0/5 I would but it makes me give the 1 star.

We had a recall on a 2017 Focus.

We had a recall on a 2017 Focus. We brought our car in, and they had it for a week before diagnosed that it was, in fact, covered. We had nothing but trouble even trying to speak with someone. From this point, we had to wait 2 more days for the parts. Once we arrived to pick up the car we discovered they cracked our windshield. The service manager promised to order a new one and install it. We waited a week, and after not being able to speak to anyone on the phone, we returned. That prompted them to order the windshield. They told us to bring the car back Monday night, and they would install it on Tuesday. Guess what, it's Wednesday, and they car IS not done. WHAT A JOKE!!!

I appreciate your response, but I have to tell you... it gets WORSE! We picked the car up yesterday 11/02/2023, and once again TERRIBLE!!!. The windshield was replaced and the glue used to secure it was done in a very sloppy manner. You see glue protruding along the window on the passenger side, and the headliner is not attached as it should be. This is unbelievable! It's as if they are intentionally doing this. Nobody can be that bad! Oh, and the number you gave me is only the public line, and no one ever returns my calls.

The worst service department I’ve ever experienced took

The worst service department I’ve ever experienced took my brand new van in warranty work and got it back a week later worse than before I dropped it off, I brought the van back on to other times to fix it they still couldn’t, they told me they would call me when they have fix that 8 months ago and I still haven’t heard from them
