Ford Maverick Repair

Vibration developed in the front end when accelerating, requiring replacement of both CV axles. A loaner vehicle was provided the first time I took it in to find out what the problem was and to address some recalls. Parts were on backorder, but Sarah, my service representative, kept me informed about the status of the order. Once the parts arrived, the truck was repaired and the vibration issues are resolved. Sarah gets an A+ for her assistance. Thanks to AutoNation

They try to force you to buy scratch and. Dent insurance on a new truck thatbyou ordered and even try to charge you more than the price when you ordered it. If ordering a new car/truck I'd go elsewhere.

New 2023 Ford Escape Hybrid Purchase

For the purchase of a new vehicle, Art LaVigne and Keith Irbey are very attentive, patient and accommodating. Every step of sales, financing, warranty and maintenance was explained in full detail. I purchased a vehicle here 10 years ago and did the service and maintenance at AutoNation Ford over the years. The service work is reliable whether under warranty or otherwise.

Sales team was friendly and not pushy. We had a first time salesman and he admitted when he didn't know all the details but took the time to find out needed details and answer our questions. We had intended on looking at several dealerships but felt so comfortable here we decided to but. The team that showed us the cars details and completed the parerwork demonstrated great customer care and survice. It was a comfortable experience.
