I had an appointment at 8:30am and the staff was very attentive and helpful they took very good care of my vehicle. I was in and out quickly.

My family has purchased 5 vehicles through Tom Carr and his sales staff at Toyota of Louisville, including a 2025 Rav4 for my daughter. The sale on the Rav4 was handled by William "Bill" Morrison. We have always received fair deals and excellent customer service from this dealership, and I wish to thank Tom and Bill for finding the perfect vehicle for my daughter. I would give them six stars if possible for their excellent customer service.
