I called Toyota of Louisville in an emergency situation

I called Toyota of Louisville in an emergency situation when I needed to buy a vehicle after my 4Runner had been hit by a truck. Not only Lincoln Satram, Toyota of Louisville Inc.’s Sales Representative, and Bob Garr, Toyota of Louisville Inc.’s Business Manager, were able to find a new 2025 RAV4 for me on the day I called but they stayed way beyond their evening hours to process the sales transaction and to make sure that I went home driving a new vehicle. Lincoln and Bob were professional and knowledgeable and helped me to process financing of my new vehicle through Toyota Financial Services in no time. When I was leaving Toyota of Louisville’s parking lot it felt like Christmas. This was the best vehicle buying experience of my life. A couple of weeks after buying my RAV4, I had questions regarding some new functions, I texted Lincoln Satram and he quickly responded with answers. Lincoln Satram and Bob Garr love their jobs and care about their clients. If I could I would have given Lincoln Satram, Bob Garr, and Toyota of Louisville ten stars. You owe it to yourself to buy a vehicle from this dealership.
