I love my new Tundra.
I love my new Tundra. Tim Patillo was excellent to work with and took the time to set up and make sure I was comfortable with the new technology on the truck. I bought my first Tundra in 2000 from Toyota of Louisville and returned 23 years later for the 2023 Tundra. I highly reccomend Toyota of Louisville and Tim Patillo.

Waited 30 days for new auto , ok I understood, but when
Waited 30 days for new auto , ok I understood, but when I got there the Interior front driver's panels were damaged. Ok wasn't happy, drove the car back from Louisville to las vegas .started saterday Arrived on Monday took the car directly to centennial toyota waited 3 hours to be told I had to pay the service fee so paid the fee after a few phone calls and a bunch of bull I finally spoke with Mr swope and he sent a check for all repairs and service fee it took 3 visits totaling 7 hours to fix and fell my car was fixed and new . ( WOW I WATED 30 DAYS AND AFTER TALKING WITH MR SWOPE ON SCRATCHES THAT MIGHT HAPPEN TO THE CAR WHILE THERE IT HAPPEN ANYWAY , MR SWOPE DID TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUES BUT I STILL WAS INCONVENIENCED ON TIME AND MONEY IT WAS A BAD CAR PURCHASE IT COST ME AND TOYOTA OF LOIUSVILLE , IT LEFT A BAD CAR BUYING EXSPERENSE AND THE FUNNY THING ABOUT IT A PAID 38K IN CASH TO EXSPERENSE IT AT LEAST MY CAR IS PERFECT APPEARANCE THANKS TO CENTENNIAL TOYOTA

Excellent, trusted service. I come to Louisville Toyota because of John Carbone, he is very knowledgeable and I feel I can trust his recommendations. I travel past one Toyota dealership to get to Toyota of Louisville because of John.
