A few weeks after I bought my vehicle in April, I took it
A few weeks after I bought my vehicle in April, I took it back because the transmission was slipping and the 4WD light came on consistently. I was told they couldn’t find anything, so I kept driving it until Feb 20 when it would not accelerate or brake properly. It needed a transfer case. $2300.00. This should have been caught even before the Jeep was for sale on the lot or the very least when I took it back to the garage. I feel like someone dropped the ball. I will give credit to Jacob who listened to my concerns and did lower the end cost for me. Nick was very professional and helpful also. Still this was an unexpected financial burden for me that could have been avoided.

Great service from Josh and Michael. Their knowledge of the Honda vehicles far exceeded any other car specialist I have dealt with in the past. They both made buying our Pilot much easier than expected. Very happy.

Service was great!
Service was great! Wish they opened earlier, like around 7:00 am. I thought I was doing good to arrive a few minutes before 7:30, but they did not open a minute before 7:30, even though there was already a line of cars waiting outside the door.
