Not only was all staff encountered courteous and accommodating to myself but my partner as well. The time it took to find what I was needing and work towards it felt like no time at all. Definitely looking forward to working with them in the future.

Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We were shopping for a car and our salesperson was very patient and not pushy at all. We did end up purchasing one of the two cars we were considering. We're very happy with our car and the whole experience.

Obsolutely the worst alignment shop I have ever been to told me I needed thousand dollar repair for one nut he couldn’t get freed didn’t finished job changed $130.00 dollars I loosed nut within 10 minutes with no special tools will never be back the same for any one I know

They were very helpful. Bernie helped me with both looking and purchasing a car. They looked for vehicles at other dealerships outside of Cookeville to help me and after they found out my car would not be there that day they gat me a loaner car until my car came in.

The wait was longer than I wanted. But they had refreshments and snacks so I can’t complain. Josh who waited on me was super nice and informative. I truly do love Honda
