He was very cordial, professional, provided updates as to our service (and is a Bills fan-huge plus!). Will definitely bring our vehicle back to Honda in Cookeville & get with Matthew when our next service is due.

Had an appointment and arrived on time. Service manager greeted me and proceeded completing paperwork. The service manager said it would take about two hours to complete. My vehicle was returned in 1 hr and 55 min later, as promised.

They are quick...and they helped out immensely....Even though I have a Chevy Impala they did excellent service with us...I would recommend them to anybody ..plus they are open for service on Saturday which I'm impressed with....thank you Honda of Cookeville....
