Seen a new vehicle on their website that was recently received. I called a sales person and asked some questions. I was OK paying MSRP so I grabbed the title for my trade in and the checkbook and made the 75 minute drive to purchase. They did the paperwork and handed it to me and had me puzzled. To my surprise they tacked on a $2500 market adjustment. No warning ahead of time before my drive. Pretty shady business and they will never see another dime from me. I?m glad reviews help spread the word.

I had an appointment and came in just to be told they don?t have the tire. They should?ve checked that before the appointment. Also I had to spend $53 dollars on a uber that day just to get back! Wow

I had awesome experience! Kind caring patient Service staff identified as Kandyse and Mike and the mechanic staff. They had my vehicle thoroughly checked and did not stop checking until issue was resolved. I am so greatful for there Service. I recommend Toyota of Mboro 100 %. I have had Service there since 2005. The staff there now is impeccable!!

Matthew, the Service Manager, REFUSED to fix the
Matthew, the Service Manager, REFUSED to fix the squeaking brakes on my new truck with 2,373 miles on it. Even though I expicitly said the squeaking happens when the brakes are cold, Matthew said they must hear the squeaking themselves (aka - they could not duplicate). In other words, Matthew doesn't believe nor care about the customer. It would've took 10 minutes to grease the caliper bolts and back of the brake pads because the wheels were already off for the tire rotation. Also, Paul Smith insisted the engine occasionally stalling immediately after putting in park was normal. I have no idea how this guy became a Senior Service Adviser! It's not an auto stop/start issue! The engine isn't suppose to auto cut off until it runs in park for 1 hour. Essentially, I waited over 2 hours for an oil change because the 2 problems I've had for 5 months weren't fixed. This was an absolutely horrible experience.

Tried calling several times to discuss a problem that I had in service department with my vehicle both advisors/managers said they would look into issue and call me me back never did one even mentioned that he would possibly even make things better for my troubles again I got nothing just a bunch of crap and lies! So You know I'm done it's over I'm done with Toyota perhaps I will take my business elsewhere in hopes of much better treatment towards a customer when it comes to their vehicle and a expensive service

I made a offer on one of there vehicals, they called me
I made a offer on one of there vehicals, they called me back and accepted my offer. The next day I had my credit union call them to setup the information for my loan. After several hours of not hearing from the dealership, they finally called and said they could not sell me the car for the agreed price because they would loose money. I spoke with Thomas Bruce and ask him if he was going to keep his word and sell me the car for the agreed price and he said I'm not going to loose money. A person is as only good as there word, so you be the judge if you want to do business with people like this.

That is just the number to the store. My question is why have you not called me to make it right? How many people have you done this to, that you dont remember me.
