Great experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I scheduled a test drive a few days in advance. Alex G., my advisor, allowed me to look at the vehicle, ask questions, and they even offered to fix some domestic damage. Everything was low pressure.

I emailed Dante for the “E” price on a 2025 Trax. He quickly text me back saying it’s ready come pick it up. Then they emailed me and called me. At first I was overwhelmed at the communications as I was merely shopping. However once we started talking numbers and I said I was in the position to buy or not buy so they understood that pricing was important to me. Usually dealers haggle hard saying “it’s only marked up 300.00” they did not say that. They quickly found ways to get the price so right that it was hard to say no. Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet in Tallahassee is about selling vehicles at a great price. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality vehicle for a quality price.

have to have that 1 mechanic. I just want my car fixed. 1 whole month later still hasn't heard from them other than a dummy appointment that was set to keep my ticket in the system since they were changing months and it wasn't done. I finally got scheduled a whole month later from when my thermostat arrived. Took it in and mechanic replaced the sensor again along with the thermostat and I was charged the $300 for that and they stated the o ring was ripped inside and that it fixed it. I told the new advisor the check engine light would be back on because that wasn't the issue. I had already replaced it that it was something else. Paid and the mechanic was bringing my car up. While sitting there I got a notification the check engine light came back on and I showed the advisor just after she got a call from the mechanic saying check engine was back on and he was looking at what it could be. Then came back that it must be a gasket. I was told by the advisor she would run the claim on Monday first thing in the morning. Here we are 2 weeks later. I havnt heard a word and even followed up to see if it had been done. I havnt been reimbursed from the warranty on the rental. Like all over this has been the worse experience and if I wasn't locked into having to use the dealership due to the warranty I am paying extra for I could have had my car fixed by a competent shop in less time and be able to use my vehicle like I should be able to and not have to worry about it breaking down on me and for probably cheaper! My gas milage is shot due to the issue, i can smell the gases coming off of it and when i accelerate to cross 3 lanes of traffic it almost feels as if its going to stall and then it finally catches and goes. This is an issue and I don't know who to go to with this. I don't know if you know who would be the best without this falling on deaf ears and continuing to get the same kind of service.
