Yes it's me again writing yet another review and I think

Yes it's me again writing yet another review and I think that it's pretty sad that this is the only way that I can get someone to respond to me. I've been dealing with this issue now going on 4 months. I just want someone to tell me the truth and be done with it. I've already excepted the fact that I'm not going to be able to trade this truck in for a long time even after I was promised something totally different. Although I did go to a different chevrolet dealership and there was a gentleman that told me that I was in a bad situation with the truck because pretty much after I drove it off the lot I was already 8,000 dollars upside down go figure even though the salesman from the other dealership told me that I had plenty of equity in this truck and wasn't going to have any problems getting out of it which was not the case. So again disappointed and ready to except the loss I was OK. But then I got a call from the second dealership stating that she was calling me to discuss my situation but I told her that I was beyond help and I appreciated the call she insisted that I explain my problem so I did and she apologized and told me that she was going to reach out to someone and get back with me but to no surprise I didn't hear anything back from her but the salesman from the first dealership contacted me so I'm guessing maybe she called them and they told her that they would handle the situation. So after I explained to him what the salesman told me about trading the truck and how I was already 8,000 dollars upside. He asked me for the Vin number and the mileage on the truck. Well a few days went by and I hadn't heard anything from him so I messaged him several times before he responded with I'm working on it I replied with OK thanks so another 4 days went by and still nothing. So I messaged him this morning telling him that I didn't like to be jerked around and that it was OK for him to tell me that he couldn't help me. Still no response my point is if you're not going to communicate with the customer after selling them a car why bother giving them your number. I'm done talking to the dealership I really would like to talk to someone from corporate office please

Car title

The salesman was extremely nice and helpful. He was able to work the deal and we were able to make the purchase. The other staff that was involved in the process was equally courteous and helpful. It was a team effort, led by the salesman.

Dale's the place

Very nice environment and nice people. They worked very hard to meet all our needs and requirements. Terry was super nice. I loved the fact he included my son in on the process.

They lie to the customers just to make a sale once you

They lie to the customers just to make a sale once you drive off the lot you're on your on. They will give you their numbers but won't pick up your call or respond back to a text.
