My salesman Kevin was a considerate,polite no pressure person. He gave me time to think about my test drives. He was knowledgeable with the cars and their features that i was interested in. He did not call me and pressure me. Was always friendly, and eager to help me when I had questions. Furthermore, they gave me a really good price on a nice car. !!!!

Salesman Mark was friendly and not pushy. They did not try to push me into spending more money then I could afford and answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. I was provided with the check list of all the things they checked and anything they repaired before I picked up my car. They even called my insurance company to arrange for temporary insurance and also a temporary registration.

Cannot thank the team at Butler Auto Sales enough for the effort in making my car buying experience a pleasure. Many thanks to the wonderful crew for the kind, courteous, efficient and friendly treatment I received when purchasing my automobile. Thanks again !

This is the second time I purchased a vehicle through Butler Auto. The first time I had purchased a 2010 Honda Civic and, although there was a ton of paperwork and hurdles to jump, I was able to buy the car. I had tried at local dealerships and I could not get approved. Today, the Honda is in excellent condition and yesterday I had just purchased a 2012 Nissan Juke. This time, the process was much easier and faster, and the Juke is in excellent condition. I was very impressed with the buying process this time around. I love Butler Auto and would defiantly buy from again. They sell quality, reliable, used cars, have a friendly staff that is compassionate about what they do, and go out on a limb to get people into their vehicles.

I was extremely pleased with the recent purchase process I went through at Butler Auto. I worked mainly with Dave but got help also from Todd and Zach and was very impressed with the knowledgeable and courteous treatment from everyone. I never felt pressured and felt very much in control of the process at my pace. All my questions got answered without me feeling dumb and when I picked up the car it was spotless and gleaming! I felt I got a great financial deal besides a top notch used car. I would recomment Butler Auto to anyone looking for a used car. I'm sure they will have a good experience there just as I did.
