The service area is very clean and orderly.

The service area is very clean and orderly. I was met by the service rep quickly and checked in promptly. He told me the service time would be "about an hour". I got my cat in 1:07 minutes. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and orderly. Although this is not my dealer, I would highly recommend them.

Aaron the service mgr was very accommodating and courteous. The mechanic Conner was also very competent and helpful to explain why the repair was needed and explained the process of the TSB for the brakes

Very knowledgeable guys. In just 20 minutes Dimitri changed our mind and instead of buying a used car we bought a brand new car keeping our money limits. Bravo!!!

On April 7th, I had a maintenance check on my Prius ‘22.

On April 7th, I had a maintenance check on my Prius ‘22. It took 2 hours to change the oil. Not too happy.
