Typical corporate layers of xxxxxxxx they're not paying for that new building by being nice to you the only reason they're so busy is we have a dense population here otherwise people will drive someplace else

My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was 1

My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was 1 o’clock. I was there for almost 3 hours watching people who had been there 2 to 3 to 4 hours longer for the same thing we’re waiting. Some folks even got loaners because the dealership was so far behind.. I brought it to the dealer because I’ve had pretty good luck at the Rochester dealer where I bought the car couple years ago. I didn’t wanna go to some small place who worked on but many different types of cars.. after one hour I went to talk to my Service person asked them if they hadn’t started working on the car. I’d like the car back. I wasn’t gonna wait any longer. She went to go get the keys came back without the keys and all of a sudden they’re working on the car, which was a bunch of baloney. after another 45 minutes, I went back in. She saw me standing there but then she was also waiting on somebody she came over told me they were pretty much done. Show me what they had done showed me what they recommended and I told them no to everything another 15 to 20 minutes went by and I got the car as I was a good 15 to 20 minutes from the dealer after leaving, I realize they never reset my maintenance record on the dashboard. I wasn’t about to go back. That’s not to say she wasn’t nice about it although I know she was lying about working on the car, but I just could not believe how backed up the service area was. I can’t believe that anybody just drives in with an emergency and can get their car serviced. i’m assuming the staffing is a big problem as it is everywhere but you cannot. You cannot expect people to wait five hours or longer for an oil change and a tire rotation and I’m not convinced that they rotated my tires and it wasn’t until I got back to my condo that I really check to see if there was clean oil in it because I wasn’t sure that they even did that. I’m pretty fastidious about the maintenance of the car. I learned that from my husband and I won’t be coming back there.

I knew from the moment we entered the dealership that Seymour was going to not only help us, but wow us.it was obvious that Seymour had an extensive background with Toyota as he handled all our questions and concerns. I was able to test drive several vehicles and Seymour knew what my concerns would be, as he asked alot of important questions from the beginning . When it was time to make a decision, Seymour made it so easy and qui k. He is truly an asset to your company. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for a vehicle.

Great place. Lisa took great care of us while our truck was in after our accident. She called us numerous times to give us updated about how our repairs were going & when it would be completed.
