I ordered a set of wheel locks and changed my mind.
I ordered a set of wheel locks and changed my mind. My service advisor told me I’d get a 15% restocking fee because it was a special order. (After I decided to return and they still had item) I escalated to Scott the Service Manager and he flat out denied me from getting a full refund. I escalated it to Max the General Manager and he gladly and rightly so granted my refund. I should not have had to escalate after I just purchased a 39,000 Tacoma and then pit $2,000 into it with accessories. Beware of Scott!

I have been growing more dissatisfied with Daytona Toyota over the last few years. Service has gone down hill drastically and the prices for service are getting out of hand. I am currently looking for a new place to get my service done.
