From the beginning Amanda kept in touch with us and communicated that she would take care of us. Upon entering the office, Jimmy was very friendly and helpful and he explained things well and Kiki wrap things up with us in the financial department.

I ordered a set of wheel locks and changed my mind.

I ordered a set of wheel locks and changed my mind. My service advisor told me I’d get a 15% restocking fee because it was a special order. (After I decided to return and they still had item) I escalated to Scott the Service Manager and he flat out denied me from getting a full refund. I escalated it to Max the General Manager and he gladly and rightly so granted my refund. I should not have had to escalate after I just purchased a 39,000 Tacoma and then pit $2,000 into it with accessories. Beware of Scott!

I have been growing more dissatisfied with Daytona Toyota over the last few years. Service has gone down hill drastically and the prices for service are getting out of hand. I am currently looking for a new place to get my service done.
