It has been a great pleasure purchasing our 2017 ES350 from Royal Lexus at the Auto Mall. We stopped by the dealership to look at used Lexus. Kris Bowman came out and asked us if he could help. We told him we were just looking and he asked a few questions which were not pushy kind of questions. He really made us feel comfortable. Just by asking us those simple questions, he said if you would like I have a car that just came in and it sounds what you may be looking for and if it would be ok to show it to us. We said sure, When he went to get the car my wife and I were kinda reluctant. When he came around the corner with the car we both said wow this may be it. The exterior/interior color, low mileage and the price range was what we were looking for. Kris Bowman asked the right questions and most importantly listened. He explained all the features without be pushy. Thank you Kris you sold us the car and we are very pleased with it. Rick Morreale made the finance part super easy and quick. Just got my 2020 NX300 from Lexus of Tucson - Auto Mall and love it! This dealership is AWESOME! Everyone is very helpful and made things easy and fun. Don't see Caleb's name on this page but he was also very helpful with the technical aspects of the car. This is, by far, the best dealership in Tucson!!!

No pressure, no excessive sales talk, just down to earth, Straightforward communication. Damon the IT tech who explained the features of the car was very knowledgeable. Rick in finance also great to deal with. George also knew the features of the car inside and out. Knee how the model changed over the years and really knew all the current electronic safety features. When I’m ready to buy my next Lexus, I’m calling George straight away. He is my go to person.

This is my second purchase from Lexus of Tucson. I purchase a 2010 Lexus ES 350. I looked up any cars over a few days I should have gone here first and save myself the trouble. The service I received with excellent. Value I received for my money was excellent. You're in the market go here first you won't be disappointed.
