Our new car was delivered with the wrong mats. We were given to understand that we will be given some instruction on how to use all of the many new features of the vehicle but that didn’t happen. Well recently I bought the car in for the first service. I asked the service writer to check for fluid leaks beneath the vehicle as we had noticed a trolley and based sheen on the water we need the car after a rain. She assured me she would but my concern request was never had heard on the repair order and I received no feedback on whether or not they were leaking fluids.

Outstanding service, excellent service advisor. He took the time to tailor my needs and I’m very pleased and grateful for his service.

I always wait for my car when being serviced as the dealership has a good waiting area I had an 8am appointment for a routine 25k mile service I am usually finished in an hour or so it took over 2hours I don't know if the dealership is having trouble getting enough workers

In today’s car market Sheehy Toyota is a standout in the most positive way. I bought my Venza at msrp. Many dealerships charge above msrp because they can during the current car shortage. I hope consumers have long memories on this subject concerning those dealerships. The vehicle was delivered to me within the 8 week window originally promised . There ways no pressure to purchase products in their F&I department. The products were presented by Daniel, and I either made the decision to buy a product or pass on it. From the employees who answer the phone ( Jordan and Cassidy), to my salesperson Wilton Fernandes, to the General Sales Manager Chris Richards, there was a appreciable level of professionalism absent from many dealerships. If all Sheehy dealerships are like this good kudos to the Sheehy ownership. I highly recommend Sheehy Toyota if you prefer dealing with an honorable, and professional dealership.
