They are always willing to try and resolve problems. We are still working in the current issue hopefully parts will come in soon to do so.

Had a service appointment and the basic oil change and tire rotation went well. I had specifically mentioned one of my tires kept loosing air and wanted it check out. When the car was ready I called back since I was expecting an update on the tire issue. Alas, it was never written on the ticket. They said they would try look at it before I came in to pick up the car. Supposedly it was looked at but nothing found. My only thought was since they rotated the tires did they even look at the right tire? Not sure but now I have to take it to another place to get it checked. I mention all this because last time I took it in for service I asked for the state inspection to be done and again it was not written on the ticket. So, I had to leave it there longer for them to do the inspection. Seems like there is a lack of attention to detail. I have one more free service and then I’ll take it somewhere else.

Adam was amazing! He was so quick and efficient. I have never had such a smooth and easy process of buying a vehicle. I will definitely be coming back.

I had appointment @2p did not get my car until 5p. All I had done was oil change and tire rotation. People came in after me and left before me. I had to keep asking about my car and they act like they was lost. So I was very disappoint with services. I felt like they did not care after I gave this dealer 30,000 as a down payment for my highlander and I am treated like xxxx.

Bad service at the dealer people do not have good communication with customers very bad service

This OEM dealership SVC Center provide Excellent customer service. Staff are truly courteous highly knowledgeable, competent, professional, with true genuine kindness not forced! The Svcs are performed timely, completely, and they truly back the work. The rates are fair and they take the time and not rush you the customer. I highly recommend this Svc center above all others! They have earned my families business for I trust they will support my Family’s needs in maintaining our vehicles so they operate as expected and as safe as possible.

Took my Highlander in for 5000 mile service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My car was serviced very quickly and it was a plesent experience.
