Our Experience was more than excellent

I went to rick case honda to purchase a 2014 tag for my 2011 leased Mazda 3. While there Rolando came up to me and asked if he could assist me. I told him that I was upside down on my lease but my husband and I did not like the car as it was too small. He showed me some pre-owned cars and we fell in love the a 2012 Accord, leather interior, just the right amount of bells and whistles and said I could incorporate the balance of my lease payments with new financing. He worked the numbers so it would meet our budget and threw in a few perks that we requested. I walked in to buy a tag and walked out with this wonderful Accord. Although Rolando is a new car salesperson he went over and above to help us with a pre-owned car. Our experience was more than EXCELLENT and I applaud Rick Case Honda for instilling these values with their sales personnel. I will recommend Rick Case and Rolando to anyone I can. I felt so comfortable about our purchase and LOVE the car. Thank you so very much.

My experience has been wonderful

My experience here at Rick Case has been wonderful. Mr. Howard Harris gave me the most exceptional service I have by far received at any Honda dealership that I have ever visited. He was generous enough and patient enough with me to work something out that would fit my budget and still get to drive off with that new car I wanted. He made my experience here very pleasant. I though ending my lease contract would be a hassle, time consuming, along with financially straining due to my mileage overage. I thought I'd be visiting the dealership atleast two more times before coming to a conclusion. However, I spent a few hours here, but I have to say I drove off happy. I would definetly recommend anybody to come visit Howard here at Rick Case Honda. He proved to me that you can still purchase a vehicle without being ripped off, and actually drive off feeling satisfied.

terrible dont use for collisions.

i had a car accident march it now august and I am still dealing with this company I don't recommend anybody to the collisions department they have is horrible

Car Search

I was contacted immediately after my inquiry. I could not go there for a few days but daily availability updates were made. Upon arrival I was told the car was sold.

Subsequent service issue, Coincidental? Amazing!

We returned our 2003 Accord to Rick Case Honda for a recall repair.(purchased new from Rick Case Honda) Work was completed as promised. A couple weeks later, we noticed water in the backseat passenger side. Thinking it may be a sunroof leak or windshield leak (windshield had been replaced), we called the the windshield repair company and they responded and checked the windshield. That was not the issue. They checked the sunroof and that was not the problem. We took the car to an independent repair shop and found that the air conditioner drain hose had been pushed up into the frame. As a result, the hose was kinked and would not drain. The condensation was draining into the floorboard, passenger side. While it was easy to fix the drain problem (it took 5 minutes), the carpet and foam had absorbed water and was totally saturated. I called the dealership and they said there was no way they could have caused the problem. I mentioned that it was quite coincidental that the problem occurred subsequent to our visit to the dealership. The advisor said it was coincidental. I'm now removing the seat, carpet, etc. attempting to dry out the carpet and foam pad. An amazing coincidence......

What a great experience!

My car buying experience was an excellent one! The salesman, Howard Harris was such a nice man and very knowledgable. I truly felt that he cared about helping me choose the best car for my needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. I simply love my new Accord!

Great overall experience

I contacted Rick Case Honda through the internet department and was quickly contacted by someone in there phone room,they told me a manager would contact me shortly.After a short while an Internet Manager named Frank Heron called to introduce himself and invited me into the dealership and said it would be a pleasant experience.Once I went in and met Frank he offered me a great price since I was a member of cars.com and the process was real smooth and pleasurable. I will definitely be buying all my future Honda's from Frank and Rick Case Honda.Thank's again Frank and Cars.com

Superb Salesperson

I had a very positive experience while buying my Honda from Rick Case. The salesperson I dealt with, Jere Nolan, was helpful and so patient with me and all of my many questions. Believe me, I brought a "laundry list"! Jere took as much time as I needed to make my decision and I never felt "pressured" during the entire process. How great is that? He was very informed about the vehicle and was quick to ascertain my needs and expectations. I intend to buy all of my vehicles from Rick Case, and I hope Jere is there to help me. Keep up the good work of hiring quality people! Some of us do notice!

GREAT SALES - AWESOME DEAL!!!!!

My salesman Joan Moreno was awesome. He got us a better deal than we could have gotten anywhere and put us in a much better vehicle than I could have ever imagined. If you are in the market for a new car - this is definitely this place to shop! I drove 100 miles to this dealership and I will do it over and over again!! Thank you - you guys are AWESOME!!!

Great dealership! Super salesman Camilo Cortes

I have to say, the dealership itself is spotless, plenty of cars to choose from. But what made me buy here, after passing on the other dealerships, was Camilo Cortes! I highly recommend him!! He isnt your typical car salesman! He went out of his way every chance he had! 100% satisfied!!!
